Getting to the ground
- On arrival at Bielefeld main railway station getting around within the building is made easier by lifts. You can also get off of trains by wheelchair lift on every platform (you need to request this service in advance on 01805 512512). The station has accessible WC facilities.
- You continue your journey on the metro (Stadtbahn), which runs underground at this point. Access is directly in front of the railway station. Take line 4 for ‘Universität/Lohmannshof' and get out at ‘Rudolf Oetker Halle'. From there it is c. 250m along a footpath to the disabled entrance at the back of the South Stand.
- Arrival by car: see here. Coming from the city centre or the Ostwestfalendamm, turn right off Stapenhorststrasse into Melanchthonstrasse. After 100m you reach the entrance to c. 20 disabled parking spaces, which are located close to the disabled entrance and may only be used with a valid disabled
person's parking permit. - Note: In order to take a car down Melanchthonstrasse, please register your details in advance with the Disabled Fans Officer.)
