As the full-time Fan Liaison Officer, Christian Venghaus (photo left) has been the main contact since 1999 for all fan-related matters, from promotion parties to train times. He also works in a coordinating role on the match programme, ‘HALBVIER', and organises special functions, such as fans' and members' evenings, plus regular fan trips, e.g. to Arminia's training camp and to international matches.
Christian is assisted by Jacob Schönball (right), who works as Fan and Member Support Officer, as well as by numerous volunteers like Sandra Braun, who deals with looking after away fans.
The contact point for fans is the main fan liaison office on the ground floor of the club's administration building. Appointments can be made by prior arrangement.

Arminia Supporters Club (ASC)
Five years young, the Arminia Supporters Club sees itself as an interface between the whole Arminia sports club, of which it is itself a division, and the fans and members. This club within the club works across all divisions and provides its members with the opportunity to participate actively in Arminia's club life.
The ‘Fan-Projekt Bielefeld e.V.' perceives itself as part of the fan scene and gears itself in particular towards adolescent football fans, aiming to mediate in the event of conflict and to promote a positive football culture.
‘Block 39', the Fan Project's office, is at 39 Ellerstrasse (on the corner with Stapenhorstrasse). It is open from 2-7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as before and after every home game. At the SchücoArena you will also find them in the fan meeting room near block 4.
Acting as an umbrella organisation for the many fan clubs, ‘Schwarz-Weiss- Blaues Dach' represents fans' interests in interaction with the club and other bodies. Working with the club's fan liaison department, ‘SWB Dach' also organises special trains and other group travel to away games.
This umbrella organisation can likewise be contacted at 39 Ellerstrasse (from 6-8pm on Wednesdays and Fridays) and in the fan meeting room near block 4 on match days.
Since last season, all of the organisations involved in fan liaison and support have been working together under the name ‘Fan AG' (‘Fans Ltd'). This includes Arminia's fan liaison officer, the Arminia Supporters Club, SWB Dach and the Fan Project. This group works on all issues and problems of relevance to fans, pools resources and launches initiatives. The diagram illustrates the individual organisations' core areas of activity.
