Stadium tour
Fan liaison officer Christian Venghaus and his team provide stadium tours for groups of ten people or more. Two tours are offered: the 45-minute ‘Short East Tour' around Arminia's new main stand and the 90-minute ‘Full Arena Tour' around the entire ground.

- March to May and August to October: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. by prior arrangement.
- June, July and November to February: by special arrangement only.
